Fundraising
How fundraising can make a difference
Funds allow for our associates to be fully supported and trained throughout both the pre apprenticeship programme and the apprenticeship itself.
£15 can help towards any expenses for our students on the course, which we pay daily.
£45 will provide our students with the necessary funds for a week to allow them to take part in our pre apprenticeship programme.
£270 will support a student throughout the whole of their pre- apprenticeship programme.
We work with technology and business partners to provide exceptional training. We then go beyond the apprenticeship curriculum to provide long term, high-quality additional support for our students; with each apprentice having a pastoral peer and a business mentor. We want our learners to excel beyond the apprenticeship.
Ways to you can get involved
Individual/Group Event
There are various ways that you can be a part of Breakthrough and help raise funds as an individual, this could include having a mini bake off, or a games night with friends.
Completing a challenge or event is a great way to raise money and support Breakthrough, but it is also a personal endeavour that creates a sense of accomplishment.
This could be taking part in an organised sporting challenge such as a run, cycle or walk. You could also take on a more personal challenge where you give something up, or setting time aside to complete a challenge everyday for a month (a great way to start on that new hobby you’ve been putting off!)
Whatever you decide, no challenge is too big or too small!
You can come up with your own way of fundraising! Be creative and fun!
Some examples; Bake-Off, Games night, Sport events, etc.
Corporate Partnership
A partnership with Breakthrough highlights your commitment to improving employment opportunities for prison leavers; improving re-offending rates and transforming lives.
The Breakthrough team will work closely with you to create an exceptional and meaningful partnership for us both. This could be a fundraising team day, donations or selecting us to be you ‘charity’ of the year.
